This purpose-built facility in Bishopton will offer an extensive range of high quality plant and gardening products as well as large selection of sophisticated gift choices ideal for any occasion.
As well as giving our customers the opportunity to care for their garden they can also support Scotland’s ex-Service men and women as the Erskine Garden Centre will secure and develop employment opportunities for veterans and disabled people.

Offering Quality, Choice, and Value, – once the best kept secret in the gardening world Erskine - has become the preferred destination for gardeners from all over the region.
Originally operating from a small shed at the end of the drive selling surplus plants and vegetables from the nursery garden, the garden centre was increased in size with a move to its present location 14 years ago with the aim of increasing employment opportunities for disabled. Relocation proved a great success and currently 10 disabled people including veterans are part of the workforce.
The garden centre consists of four main areas:
The Main Shop - this houses traditional garden sundries: tools, fertiliser, weedkillers, seeds etc, as well as the renowned “Gift Gallery” which provides the greatest selection of gift ideas in the locality.
The Coffee Shop - a popular destination providing refreshment for all the family and is a great place to consider your garden requirements.
The External Covered Area - this adjoins the main building and features bold displays of seasonal plants among other items and allows for comfortable browsing, even in a downpour.
The External Area - as well as large displays of garden containers, this is home to the majority of our hardy plants featuring a wide selection of: alpines, roses, herbaceous perennials, shrubs and trees.
Garden centre staff are happy to offer assistance, from lifting heavy items into your car, to offering advice on a plant for a particular location, knowledgeable staff are always available.
