RECRUITMENT OFFICER

 

37.5HRS PER WEEK
SALARY DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of our recruitment process throughout the organisation. You will place adverts in the media, arrange interviews, inform successful/unsuccessful candidates on the outcome of their interview. You will also maintain the HR databases, ensuring they contain up-to-date information. General duties such as, reception, processing new starts and liaising with internal and external customers are key responsibilities in this role.

 

The post holder should be a proficient user in IT systems such as Access, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. You should be able to prioritise your work load at any time due to the high demands of the department.

 

A minimum of 3 year’s experience within a recruitment environment is required. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing are essential.

 

The successful candidate will be required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure, any candidates who have worked overseas for more than 3 months will also be required to provide a criminal record check from the appropriate overseas agency.

TEAM LEADER

 

37.5HRS PER WEEK
SALARY - £22,857 – 28,462 PER ANNUM

 

You will assess care needs and co-ordinate and support the development and review of personal plans with the ability to facilitate and enable staff to ensure these plans of support are carried out effectively.

 

We have a multidisciplinary approach to quality care and require nursing professionals who will be RGN/RMN qualified, preferably with experience in care of the older adult. Commitment to relationship centred care is essential.

 

The successful candidate will lead and manage a team to deliver a package of care designed to meet the needs of the residents.
