Palliative care

When an elderly relative or friend is in need of palliative care, you’ll want to make sure that they’re looked after in a way that helps them maintain their dignity, and provides privacy when this is required. You’ll also want them to stay in a supportive environment where they will be treated with respect.

These values are synonymous with the care we provide to all Erskine residents.

A team approach

At Erskine, our team approach addresses the needs of the resident and their family. It helps to improve the quality of life and supports residents to live as actively as possible until death.

We aim to provide relief from pain and other distressing symptoms. At the same time we recognise the psychological and spiritual needs of our residents – and tailor our care to ensure that these are met as well.

We aim to provide palliative care in accordance with current guidelines.
