If you have any concerns about Erskine fundraising, we want to know. You should initially contact our fundraising department:

We will acknowledge your query within 14 days, investigate your concern within three months and advise you promptly of the outcome.

If you are not satisfied with our initial response, contact the Head of Fundraising in writing at, Erskine, Bishopton, PA7 5PU. We will endeavour to resolve your concern as promptly and as amicably as possible.

Still not satisfied?

If you feel your concerns have not been adequately answered, you can contact the Fundraising Standards Board Office (FRSB) for Scotland and Northern Ireland. They will investigate your complaint and report their findings to you within 30 days.

If you are still dissatisfied, you can ask the Board of Directors of the FRSB to look again at your complaint. Their decision will be made within 60 days and will be final. Erskine agrees to abide by decisions made by the FRSB Board.

Refunds for online donations may be given at the discretion of the management.
