Air Cdre Kevin 'Chesh' Cowieson is currently Commander Airbases in the RAF. However, after 34 years, he will leave regular service in December this year and transfer to the Reserves, and is looking forward to a portfolio career in consulting. A life-long learner, he holds an MBA, an MSc in Human Resource Management, and a MA in Defence Studies. He attended the Royal College of Defence Studies in 2020/21. He is a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
