Jennifer is a fellow of the Faculty and Institute of Actuaries. Her current role is Senior Director, Global Retirement at Thermo Fisher Scientific, having previously worked as a pension’s consultant at both KPMG and Mercer.  Jennifer joined the Board of Trustees in 2021.  She is also Chair of Trustees of the Erskine Hospital Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme.

Jennifer graduated from Strathclyde University in 2004, with a 1^st class honours degree in Mathematics, Statistics and Accountancy. She is married with two young boys living in Glasgow.
