I started helping at events for Erskine during my time in the Royal Navy, and then went on to become a community fundraiser, before taking on the Manager role. What I like best is how well the staff and volunteers come together to provide the best support possible to our residents. I also really enjoy the variety of the role. Outside of work I am a committee member of Petershill Football Club.
