I joined Erskine in early 2025, coming from a background in the creative industries, where I worked behind the scenes in production. I moved into the charity sector because I wanted something more meaningful, and now working for Erskine, I work in an environment that creates a lasting impact for Veterans and their families.
 
As part of the Events Team I help deliver many of Erskine's flagship fundraising events, including our annual Burns Supper, Golf Days, and the iconic Military Ball. A key part of my role involves building relationships with supporters and businesses, helping to maximise fundraising opportunities at our events. I work behind the scenes to ensure our events run smoothly and provide a high quality experience for everyone who attends.
 
One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is seeing the impact our events have in raising vital funds for Erskine’s work. Our events help introduce new supporters to the charity and raise awareness of the services we provide. Seeing months of planning come together successfully and knowing that each event contributes to making a real difference is incredibly rewarding!
