Erskine Celebrates International Nurses Day

International Nurses Day is celebrated on the day of Florence Nightingale's birth.  The day pays tribute to her pioneering work in nursing and social reforms. During the Crimean War (1854-1856), she volunteered to be appointed as a nurse to serve wounded soldiers.

Today here at Erskine we pay tribute to all our nurses, past and present, and thank them for their dedication and devotion our Veterans for over a century.  @theRCN  #NursesDay
